The Architecture of Bibliophilia: Eighteenth-Century Ottoman Libraries, authored by the late researcher Yavuz Sezer, an alumnus of our Department of History (BA, MA), has been published by Edinburgh University Press.

Examining library architecture and bibliophile culture in eighteenth-century Istanbul, the book features an epilogue written by our faculty member Prof. Dr. Çiğdem Kafesçioğlu.
